I worked with designers in both product and marketing to redesign the QuickBooks Learn & Support areas and align with new brand guidelines.
As part of a product-wide brand refresh, I redesigned these pages to align with the new guidelines while trying to minimize development time with an offshore team -- that means no radical changes, no changes to content structure, etc.
Using Framer, I made some simple animations to demonstrate how search might work in future iterations of the support site. Sketch's Craft plugin was also a huge help here to mockup similar, repeating content blocks.







The Contact Us page was the first to go into development. I provided design and interaction specifications at mobile, tablet, and desktop sizes for the developers.
